About the Accomodation

  • Capsule unit and Single room can be locked individually?

  • As regualted by the Hotel Industry Law, capsule hotels fall into the simple lodging category,thus the capsule unit can not be locked.

  • Is there a time limit to enter the hotel in the night?

  • Since the front desk is open for 24 hours a day, returning to the hotel is possible at anytime.
    The card key is issued when you go out.
    Please use the card to enter when you come back.

  • Is it possible that we check the luggages before check-in and after check out?

  • It's possible,if you contact us in advance.

  • Is it possible to send my luggages in advance?

  • It is possible, if you contact us in advance. please fill in the accomodation date in the remarks column of the courier sentrery letter and send it.

  • Tell me about the storage of luggage at the time of lodging?

  • For a large luggage such as a suitcase,please use our trunk room. We will lend you a chain key at the front desk. Because of the limited space, it may not be available at times. Please take care of the locker key and your valuable items, We have a safe box near the front desk. We have no responsiblility for your lost.
    Please note that each lock key lost will be charged 2,000 yen for the key exchange.

  • It is a prepaid system. We require your payment at the time of the check-in. In addition, consecutive nights' guests also must pay at check -in on the first day.

  • In case of consecutive nights,do I need to check out everyday?

  • Customers who stay over 2 nights will be required to leave once before the check-out time(10:00am). You can enter the room from check-in time(17:00pm).

  • You can eat in the 5th floor lounge.But meals in the bedroom are strictly prohibitted, please cooperate with us.

  • We are sorry, we do not have a restaurant. Food vending machines are installed in the 5th floor lounge.

  • We have bath towel, face towel, cloth for inside hotel, toothbrush, shampoo, body soap, lotion, milky lotion, hair dryer, razor, hair iron (for ladies).

  • We do not have a parking lot, but we would introduce a coin parking around here. Please feel free to contact.
