These Terms and Conditions and Usage Rules are written in Japanese, which is the official language.In the event of any discrepancies between the Japanese version and any foreign language translation, the Japanese version shall always take precedence legally.
The Japanese version shall always prevail.
⚓ Part 1:Rules for Use within this Facility(House Rules)
To ensure the safety of our hotel, we ask that all guests abide by the following rules.If you violate these rules, your accommodation contract will be terminated and you will be required to leave immediately.
• 1. Age restrictions:Use by individuals under 15 years of age (junior high school students or younger) is not permitted.For minors aged 15 to under 18 staying alone, parental consent is required.
• 2. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.:Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in guest rooms (cabins), corridors, bathrooms, etc.If smoking is discovered outside of designated areas, a fee of 50,000 yen will be charged to cover room cleaning costs and as a penalty for breach of contract.
• 3. No eating or drinking inside the capsule.:Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the guest rooms (cabins).Please use the shared lounge on the 5th floor for meals and other services.
• 4. Items that are prohibited from being brought in:Bringing animals (pets), dangerous materials (such as incendiary devices), firearms, knives, or items emitting foul odors into this facility is prohibited.
• 5. No entry for outsiders.:We strictly prohibit inviting non-guests into guest rooms or on the accommodation floors (unauthorized overnight stays).
• 6. Management of valuables:Due to the room's design, it cannot be locked.Please be sure to use the safety deposit boxes provided within the facility and manage your cash and valuables yourself.The hotel will not be held responsible for any loss or theft that may occur.
• 7. Handling Customer Harassment:We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to anyone who engages in violence, threats, or intimidating unreasonable demands towards our employees (customer harassment), or who spreads baseless slander on social media, etc., and will report such behavior to the police.
• 8. Compensation for lost loaned items:If your wristband key, shoe locker key, or women's security card is lost or damaged, a flat fee of 3,000 yen (including tax) will be charged as actual cost, regardless of the reason.

• Refusal or termination of contract(Article 4):We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the contract if there is a risk of violating public order and morals, if the guest is suffering from a specific infectious disease, or if the guest engages in customer harassment against our employees.
• Cancellation fees and online collection(Article 6):In the event of contract termination, the cancellation fee specified in Appendix 1 will be charged.Furthermore, guests agree that if cancellation fees or compensation for damage to facilities are incurred, the hotel may directly bill and collect these charges online using the credit card used for booking or a collection service (such as Payn).
• Usage time and extension fees(Article 9):Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.An extension (up to 12:00) will be charged at 1,000 yen (tax included) per hour.If you arrive after 12:00, you will be charged the full price for one night's stay.
• Handling of deposited items, etc.(Article 15):Loss or damage to items left at the front desk (due to the hotel's negligence) will be compensated up to a maximum of 150,000 yen.We are not responsible for any items brought into your room, except in cases of gross negligence on the part of the hotel.
• Rules for storing lost and found items(Article 16):
• (1) Cash/valuables:After keeping it for one day, including the day of discovery, we will report it to the police station.
• (2) General goods(Clothing, chargers, etc.):After being stored for 7 days, including the day of discovery, it will be disposed of or destroyed.
• (3) Food and beverages and magazines:For hygiene reasons, it will be disposed of immediately upon discovery.
• Changes to the terms and conditions(Article 18):These Terms and Conditions may be amended if necessary for operational reasons.When changes are made, the details of the changes and the effective date will be posted on Official website in advance.
Appendix 1:Cancellation fee(Official /Telephone Reservations)
• No-show(Unauthorized):100% / On the day of arrival:50% / The day before:30% /2 days ago~:0%
*If you book through an external booking site (such as Jalan or Rakuten), the policies of that site will take precedence.
Appendix 2:Osaka Prefecture Accommodation Tax
The following accommodation tax will be charged separately, depending on the per-person, per-night rate without meals (excluding consumption tax).
• Less than 5,000 yen:duty free / 5,000 yen or more, less than 15,000 yen:200 yen / 15,000 yen or more, less than 20,000 yen:400 yen / Over 20,000 yen:500 JPY
